I would like to give a great commendation for the superb Project Management services of Richard Wodehouse who has tackled head-on our long-standing gutter failure (corner unit) with the employment of scaffolding and his analysis and solution of this serious water-intrusion situation.
Communication has been excellent; oversight of the job by Richard Wodehouse has been excellent, e.g., he was on site during the erection of the scaffolding and checked its readiness for the approaching storm: he has inspected and re-checked the repair site before, during and after the repair; and the sub-contractors he has hired and overseen have been very professional, very experienced, very hard working with excellent skills, and a pleasure to interact with and observe.
