For over 45 years as a General Contractor helping owners
in the role of Owner’s Project Manager.

As a professional mediator, I am skilled at coaxing both sides in a dispute to produce the solution that will resolve the conflict. This results in a satisfactory and permanent closing of the case. I am certified by CDR Associates in Boulder, CO after an intensive course in mediation.

I am also bilingual in Spanish and English.

Since 1977, I have been creating architecturally challenging structures and have mediated perhaps one hundred disputes between highly invested, sometimes highly emotional individuals. I have worked out very interesting and complex solutions between:

  • Owners and contractors
  • Subcontractors and other subs on the same site
  • Subcontractors and their own employees working at sites
  • Employees with each other
