We hired Richard as our Construction Manager as part of a highly complex ADU build and a full renovation of our main house. Richard has been our eyes and ears on this project and has offered valuable advice. He has supported the GC during the project and introduced us to valuable sub-contractors when the original subs fell through. Richard has also played a critical role in alerting us to budget changes and developed a Gantt chart to help keep the various parties on track. Richard has been an exceptional partner during our journey. We are grateful to have him as part of the project team.
