However many of the inquiries I get are when the project is underway and not going well. In both situations, the best time to hire an Owner’s Representative/Project Manager is when you first think of it.

If I am your first hire, then I can help you with negotiating the cost structure with your design team and your contractor. I can also help create a comprehensive budget so that you know the predicted complete costs.
